The olive grove.

The olive plantation is 25 hectares wide and includes 7000 plants in 3 native cultivar : Raggiola, Ascolana and Rosciola and 2 national cultivar: Leccino and Picholine.

The whole plantation is equipped with underground drip irrigation and fertigation system that is automatically activated from a climatic station which process the data arriving from the air and ground sensors. In this way we guarantee to the plants the right water and mineral requirement during the production period.
