WINE MAKING PROCESS:
grapes selection on a proper sorting table, stalk removal and fermentation on big wooden vats (French oak) with temperature control, selected yeasts and
maceration period of 18/20 days.
MATURATION:
for 12 months on big wooden vats
BOTTLING:
sterile at low temperature with inert saturation of the bottle neck.
SENSORY EVALUATION:
red rubin.
Excellent body, dry and well balanced , light tannins with rather bitter after taste.
The perfume is winey with fragrances of violet flower and pomegranate
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
meat sauce, grilled meats, lamb, boiled meat, cold cuts and cheese.
To be served at a temperature of 18 - 20°C
