GRAPE VARIETY:
in majority Bianchello and Incrocio Bruni with in addition some local old varieties.
WINE MAKING PROCESS:
with soft pressing in absence of maceration (no contact between juice and skins). Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
MATURATION:
6 months in steel tanks
BOTTLING:
sterile at low temperature with inert saturation of the bottle neck, ulterior aging of 2 months in bottle.
SENSORY EVALUATION:
straw-yellow with lime green tones.
Easy drink wine with medium alcohol degree. In the mouth is soft and fresh with an after-taste slightly bitter, the flavour reminds inkling of grass and wild flowers.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
the wine is perfect for lean dishes such as steamed fish and white meats.
To be served at a temperature of 12 – 14 °C
