WINE MAKING PROCESS:
white vinification with cleaning of the grape juice. Thermo controlled fermentation at very low temperature (13°C) to obtain an higher concentration and a better conservation of the primary and secondary aromas. The whole process is made under controlled atmosphere (no oxygen) to avoid the oxidation of the aromas.
MATURATION:
6 months in steel tanks
BOTTLING:
s terile at low temperature with inert saturation of the bottle neck, ulterior aging of 2 months in bottle.
SENSORY EVALUATION:
straw yellow with green and golden tones.Intense scent with fruity and floral aromatic sensations such as yellow flowers, tropical fruits, banana, yellow apple; the taste is savory, harmonic, with an important acidity value, very pleasant; long after-taste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
can be served as aperitif, with sea food hors d’oeuvre, Italian pastas, fresh cheese, fish, white meats. Also recommended as ‘conversation wine’ between meals.
