HARVEST PERIOD:

GRAPE VARIETY:
mainly Sangiovese with small
portion of Alicante, Lacrima, Merlot and Aleatico
WINE MAKING PROCESS:
grapes selection on a proper sorting table, stalk removal and
fermentation on big wooden vats (French oak) with temperature
control, selected yeasts and
maceration period of 18/20 days.
MATURATION:
for 10 months in steel tanks
BOTTLING:
sterile at low temperature with inert saturation of the bottle neck , ulterior aging of 2 months in bottle.
SENSORY EVALUATION:
red rubin.
Average structure, excellent volume with mellow tannins and wide floral and fruity bouquet, good persistence: the every day’s wine.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
pasta, grilled meats, cured pork, cheese.
To be served at a temperature of 18 - 20°C
