HARVEST PERIOD:

physiological maturation

GRAPE VARIETY:

40% Lacrima, 30% Aleatico,

30% Sangiovese.

WINE MAKING PROCESS:

grapes selection on a proper sorting table, stalk removal and very short maceration on the skins, white fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.

MATURATION:

for 6 months in steel tanks

BOTTLING:

sterile at low temperature with inert saturation of the bottle neck, ulterior aging of 4 months in bottle.

SENSORY EVALUATION:

strong pink.

Fresh and fragrant with remarkable floral aroma like rose petals and a fruity bouquet of strawberry and exotic fruits. The taste is dry with light and mellow tannins. Good persistence.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

aperitif, bruschetta, gratin, grilled and steamed fish, pasta salads, risotto, fresh cheese.

To be served at a temperature of 12 – 14 °C
