Lemon flavoured olive oil

Superior quality, oil obtained from the blending of local olive cultivar Raggiola , Leccino, Pendolino and fresh lemon fruits crushed together in our oil-mill with continuous extraction type. The oil is collected directly from the decanter avoiding therefore the usage of the final centrifugal separator, the clarification is made with cartoons filter prior to the bottling.

SENSORY EVALUATION:

bright gold colour with green shades, releases ample fragrances of fruit with hints of fresh and aromatic herbs. Delicate with a strong structure at the same time, characterized by a pleasant persistent taste of green almond.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

rice, row fish and meat, pasta salad, green salad. Also recommended for the preparation of aromatic meats (lamb) and game.
