SENSORY EVALUATION:

bright, dense, gold-green colour with a fine and intense olfactory quality. Well blended with hints of fresh herbs, dried fruit and a touch of Rosemary are the dominant flavors. To which are added some bitter notes of artichoke and hazelnut and some spicy hints of white pepper.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

recommended with grilled red meat.
